We got a special delivery from the North Pole this morning! Our elf, Bonbon Friandise, has invited us to participate in the Défi de Noël. We will be sent a new challenge to complete every day. We must work together to receive our badges and work our way to the North Pole!

Students have been using their picture dictionary to help them read sentences in French. We are able to read simple French sentences and associate the correct picture to the sentence.

This morning, the students watched this short French video about Arthur getting a new baby sister. After the video, we brainstormed all of Arthur's new responsibilities now that he is a new big brother.

This morning, we learnt that we all have different roles. We are students at school and we are a brother or sister at home. Mme. Robichaud also has different roles. She is a teacher at school and is a sister at home. We also reviewed how to be a responsible citizen and sorted red and green choices!

After reading the story, we discussed how to be a bucket filler and how it can make our friends, parents and teachers very happy! After our short discussion, we started designing our own buckets... stay tuned to see our buckets!
